Planning Commission Recommended Draft General Plan

The Planning Commission adopted Resolution 2019-016 forwarding a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors to certify the EIR and adopt the General Plan.  Board of Supervisors hearings are scheduled to begin on July 30, 2019.  Please note that the Land Use Map (Figure LU-1) is being updated and a new map, including the inserts in the Community Planning Element, will be provided as soon as it is completed.

Planning Commission Edits


The documents below show the changes made by the Planning Commission during their deliberations in May and June, 2019 to the draft general plan approved by the Board of Supervisors in 2016 as the "project description" for preparation of the EIR.  Underlined text is language that was added.  Struck-through text has been deleted.
